GETTING YOUR LIFE BACK ON TRACK

In the journey of life We sometimes feel like our world isn't going the way we have envisaged, so that feeling that our world is ending isn't always far away too. The good news is we have the power to change anything that is going in our lives rather than wallow in self pity. The truth remains you are in charge of your self which means if you want to get your life back on track you MUST make the necessary efforts.  Here are some 8 ways:
Try Figuring it out: getting your life back requires first and foremost figuring out what needs fixing. Do you think you are not living up to your potential? Or are you out of job and being unemployed for a while now? Well I think its worth pausing to think to figure out what the problem is so that you can find adequate solution.
Your goals in order of priority: Often times we aspire to do dozens of different things throughout the day  which realistically is impossible to do it all;  which is where finding out what comes first is very important   so you can channel your energy into  and avoid wasting time on frivolities.  For example looking for a better job, going on a date, attending life changing and inspiring events.
Be Active:  There are only 24 hours in the day, do decide how many of these hours you use. Although it is advisable not to skimp on your rest it is equally not  healthy to sleep a dozens of hours a day either. Being active stimulates your mind and gives you the energy to always look forward to something.
Asking for help is never out of season: if you have people in your life who you know for sure got their lives together, no need being jealous. It's
Worth seeking advice from such friends/acquaintances.  You never know how far a good advice, suggestions or ideas can go in getting your life back on track. No harm in asking.
One at a time: Getting your life back on track also requires you to break those bad habits that you've allowed to dominate your life by approaching them one at a time.  Getting rid of them all at once can be stressful which you don't need.
Be Positive:  Don't think yourself as a worthless person. Such thought won't let you succeed. Believe in yourself and also believe you have what it takes to change your life. If you find it difficult complimenting yourself then head to that soul/friend that can cheer you up. There must be something they love about you.
Keep the past in the past: Wallowing  in the mistakes and guilts of the past will never be  the way forward. Everyone has made mistakes. Learn from yours and make wiser choices and decisions.
Make God the centre point of your life:  He created you and He can help you get your life back on track.
No need settling for mediocre when you could be living a fabulous life.  You are in control of your life so take charge of it and focus on those goals that can lead you to happier life.
